The product sent was SKU Earth-CB-6 (labeled EarthMed CBD Gummies). I ordered something completely different but this product was an add-on during the ordering process that I refused (scam). I never received the original product ordered. They fraudulently charged my cc several times and set me up as monthly auto charge for over a year which I never agreed (scam). I called for over a month but no answer. Finally reached them over two months later 855-547-0871 and they said they cannot refund because time limit lapsed (scam). They claimed to have refunded half but I see no evidence of this. The web site listed on the cc charge was [email protected] PO Box 90129 Lakeland, FL 33804 (scam). The company gmail behind this scam is [email protected]. 833-278-2616. What is noteworthy is the CBD product sent shows ingredients that are potentially dangerous to people (report to FTC and FDA). Additionally, they use the name EarthMed which is knock-off of the real EarthMed Company (scam).

I ordered what I thought to be one bottle of gummies that cure tinnitus from a shark tank ad. I got suspicious as I was completing my payment for $39.99 so I never completed the transaction. Today I saw in my email a confirmation and receipt for my payment and saw that they charged $239 for 6 bottles! So not only did I never finalize the transaction for ONE bottle of gummies, they pulled my money out of my bank account anyway and charged me for 6 bottles at $239.00! Got email confirmation today that they took the funds anyway! That leaves me with $5 until my next payday. And now I’m terrified that they will keep draining my checking account! Please help me!

Ordered from fake ad showing Shark Tank promotion. Recurring charges next month much higher. Only wanted one order and no more
