I seen an add on facebook with Trisha Yearwood advertiising gummies for weight loss, as l am filling out the order, i go too pay it won't accept my card unless I order the detox pills, when my bill pops up it is now 199.99 my order for two bottles of gummies were 59.99. I called this # 888 436 5084, I talked to a gent that could barley speak English, I let him know i was unhappy with my bill and I never wanted the detoix pills and i thought it was a scam they gave you no choice but too order it , and i wanted a refund i was told he will give me two refunds , one for 30. and one for a 100. and I also found out that they have an automatic taken out of your charge card each month.

I ordered a product from the company in March as a 1 time purchase. In April, I received a charge for $100 that I had not placed. I called customer service and was told that I may not have been notified that my 1-time purchase was a subscription and that they could not refund my account. They offered me a 35% discount on the order and said that I would have to pay shipping and handling to return the product if I wanted a full refund. They would not provide me with a return address and asked me to call back when I received the package to obtain shipping information. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and was told that I would receive the same information and instructions and the call was terminated.

They offered two special deals of $39.99 and $29.99 online, but when the order was placed it came to $199.99 and $59.99 respectively. Their website does not allow viewing the final order. I immediately called, but according to their customer service, an order can not be canceled. One has to wait to receive it and then return it. At which point you get charged for sending it back as well as a restocking fee. Thankfully, that's all I lost; however, it's inconvenient and definitely false advertising.
