The product was advertised as gummies to help with parasite removal. It was supposed to be 2 bottles for the price of one, on Instagram---and they quoted a price of 59.99--for two bottles. Instead I was charged 129.88 for two bottles of Elev8-Glyco which on the bottles received, states is for weight loss management and cost me $18987. I did not order a weight loss product, but opened one bottle to see they were grape flavored chewables, which i did not order. There was no receipt and no instructions in the box sent. Now a month later they have charged me again for $129.88 on my debit card with out my consent.

I sent an email to the support line, but did not get a return email. I spoke with my bank to refute charge and the re-occuring charge of $129.88 and they were able to give me a telephone number. I feel they used a video of Dr.Barbara O' Neil on Instagram to sell this counterfeit product. I could not find a website for this company.

Thank you,
Lauri Newman

I only ordered 2 bottles for $59.99 and received 2 more bottles for a total of $189.87! and now it is a recurring charge for $129.88. This was supposed to be a parasite cleanse and it came as grape flavored glyco something and says nothing about being a parasite cleanse and has no instructions.

The product was advertised as gummies to help with parasite removal. It was supposed to be 2 bottles for the price of one, on Instagram---and they quoted a price of 64.94--for two bottles. Instead I was charged 129.00 for two bottles of Elev8-Glyco which on the bottles received, states is for weight loss management. I did not order a weight loss product, but opened one bottle to see if they were gummies, which they were not. There was no receipt in the box sent.

I sent an email to the support line, but did not get a return email. I called my credit card and spoke with someone who gave me a telephone number. It was someone in India--and since I opened a bottle, they would only refund me one bottle, and did not want me to even sent the unopened one back. I feel they used a video of Dr.Barbara O' Neil on Instagram to sell this counterfeit product. I could not find a website for this company.
