A woman asked if she could hear me and hung up as soon as I said "Yes". I called back and a man answered trying the same ploy, he said he was from Career Coach, I said I didn't sign up for anything from Career Coach and he hung up. Never heard of Career Coach and can't find anything on them in bbb.org or google searches

Someone called claiming to be Career Coach and helping me find a job. When I asked any questions to clarify how they got my information, or who hired them or a company name/location there was a pause and then they disconnect the call. They may be trying to get identity or banking information.

I was contacted by a male from Career Coach about employment. When he, Jordan, had called, he said that he had saw that I had requested assistance on their website and I hadn't. When I asked him what agency he was calling from, he went on saying, I understand your concern, but if you don't mind answering some questions. Then I asked again, he said the same thing. So, when I told him I don't have time for questions, he hung up the phone.

So, I called the number back, then a Joshua answered. I told him what had happened, then he hung up as well. That told me then, that this seemed like a scam. So, I decided to look up the company and I found nothing that pertained with the phone number they were calling from, 608-802-8741.

I tried a third time to try to reach a supervisor or manager. I was transferred to an answering service. That phone number isn't even in service anymore.
