I applied to a job and they started comunicating with me saying that I got the job and I will need to get someone to come out and install the equipment that I need. They said they will pay for it. They asked me would I like a check sent to me or do I want them to send the money Through my bank account, for me to pay the person that was going to install the stuff. I told them to send me a check. They sent me the check and I tried to get it in my bank account and they told me that the check was a fake check. So they closed me bank account. They are trying to scam people left and right. I'm scared that they are going to use my identity, because when we first started emailing back and fourth a man had called me and told me that to continue on with the process we will have to be connected through ID.ME.

I thought I was applying for a job and come to find out it was a scammer and now they have all of my personal information and I’m afraid there going to start using my Identity is there something you can help me do to pervert this From happening to me
