I did get an email from the fraud department at Visa asking if I made the purchase. I figured it was because it was out of character for me. Cost me $129.88
I went back to the screen, still no email confirmation and all of my info was on the screen. I tried to remove it, deleting. Hmmm! Now I get an email confirmation for $129.88 + $239.88. TOTAL LOST $369.76
I tried to find a phone number to call them, nothing on the website. Finally got hold of them the next day when a confirmation of shipment was received. I sent the unopened package back ASAP. It was received and signed for on 9/2/23. Was still waiting for my refund today 10/12. I spoken with them as emails were answered with form letters only. I was told that they could not confirm a return of the order, I argued that there, I have proof…and it was then they FOUND zig. The rep tried to give me a refund online but told me he was given an error message. He put me on hold to generate a E-Check, they were charging me a “restocking” fee of $10 per bottle. I just wanted to be done with these crooks, I was suppose to get $289.76, an email a few hours later took another $100 away from that amount with no explanation why.
I have contacted my bank, they confirmed no refund was attempted. They opened a dispute for me to get all of my money back. I am also working with the States Attorney Generals office. I feel like such a fool, I am a senior citizen & can’t afford to lose a dime!
