I purchased a product and it did not work as guaranteed. The add states I would get a full refund if not satisfied. When I called to return the product, they said they would only refund an unopened product. I received 3 bottles and returned two. After one month, we are still waiting for the credit back for the product we returned. No refund was ever received.
