We purchased the Keto Gummies on March 10th for $39.76, and we would save $210. When we checked out it never gave us a total we finally got a message on March 10th at 4:41 that our bill was $298.53.

They also added things to our order that we didn't purchase. We called the number that was on their add 1-888-742-8640 to cancel the order right away but this number wasn't in service. So we called the number on the bottom of the invoice page 1-877-742-8640 they told us we couldn't cancel the order we had to wait for the order to come in then we could send the product back for a refund. We then called the credit union to cancel the Debit card that we used. When we called and talked to them trying to cancel the order they kept trying to give us discounts for the order but when we asked how can you give us a discount but you can't cancel the order they just kept saying we had to wait for the product to come in for a refund. WE waited the 10 days and never received the product. They finally gave us a tracking number and we contacted USPS they said it was shipped to Glendale Hts. ILL.60139. Waited awhile on 4/27/2023 finally talked to someone at the usps they said the order is being held by O.S.M. Worldwide. May 4th the order is still at Glendale Hts. Ill 60139.

I did order one for $59.99 and when it went threw i got a message from my credit card for $59.99 and then i got another message from my credt card for $238.54. i did not order that one. So icalled andcalled and sent them e-mails. The phone was busy for like 5 hours and finally got threw. then they told me that they could only credit me half of each. That was a credit for $29.99 anda credit for $119.27. They said they would ship the product still and could keep the products,But no full credit. That was the only option they would do.I argued with them for awhile but did no good, then ask to talk to a supervisor and he said they same. Si excepted it cause i was over argueing with they. There wasnothing else i could do. At least i got half of it bad.
