I ordered 5 bottles of Kego+ACV gummies (buy 3 get 2 free). I was also being charged for 2 bottles of the Cleanse which I didn't want. I called customer service and they gave me credit $99.39. I received my gummies, used them all and got no results from them. I then called customer service again, hoping to get some credit. They told me there's a 30 day return policy and it's passed that. Plus, they said I already received credit for 1/2 of my order, which was for the cleanse not the gummies. I searched everywhere in my paperwork and found no information on the 30 day refund. I also could never find the original website I ordered from. The customer service told me she could cancel my monthly subscription, which I didn't know I had! But I received no refund for the gummies that didn't work.

I was attempting to order a bottle of the keto gummy‘s that Kelly Clarkson endorses. The advertisement said buy one bottle get two free, for $39. At the end, it offered me two bottles of cleansing. Which I declined. I just received a confirmation email showing two bottles of the cleanse, which I did not order, and a total invoice of $59. So I called the phone number on the invoice and they told me that my total was $259, which had already been deducted from my account. Less than 16 hours has passed since the order was made. The customer rep offered to refund 50% of my money. But I told them I didn’t want anything to do with the product because it was a scam. And that I would be reporting it to the BBB. And I was also going to leave negative feedback on their website. I have tried several times to leave negative feedback and information about the scam but they keep blocking any information that I try to put down.
