It is highly likely a social engineering company using an online sale of a product Careprost. They allow to place an order online by providing your sensitive financial information, name, address, email and phone as well as your credit card number, then when you are trying to follow up on your order they tell you your order has been cancelled, and advice you to contact your bank. When in fact no credit card charge has been attempted.
