SCAMMERS (Turn them into the IC3.gov website)

They falsified information (made it look like I was hacked by someone in Rusdia) to get me to purchase their service. My IT friend looked into my computer and stated I was never hacked and that they lie and made it look like I was hacked so I would worry. I called them and told them I knew that they did this and they told me that I would get a full refund which I have still yet to see. they are playing games and are now trying to tell me that they will not be able to refund me.

They said they were technicians with HP support and that they had found malware and viruses on my computer gained access to my computer and so fake viruses on my computer said they would fix it for a total fee of $934 with taxes for three year protection Asked me to mail a personal check which I do not intend to mail. They had access to my banking information and probably other information that they should not have been allowed to have access to.
