Way back in the spring I thought I had purchased a one-time deal with the standard return policy. Not only can I not reach anyone using the information on the actual bottle and on my bank statement, but they've changed the same amount twice more (which means I have at least 6 unopened bottles! Insult to injury, the product doesn't work AND I'm out almost $300.00...please, can anyone help?

Saw an add on Facebook for keto gummies, thought was buying a bottle but they sent me 6 for 239.99 and setup a monthly subscription without me knowing. just called them up and was told they setup the subscription automatically. Was able to cancel subscription, however, they don't want to removed the charge from my c.c. credit. very upset.

300 dollars was took out of my bank for some kind of pills that I didn't order. They have all my personal information. I am on social security and on a strict budget and could never afford this product This has financially hurt me badly.

Keto IQ was advertised on facebook. i origanilly bought 6 bottles of Keto IQ on 4/11/24 then they shipped me 6 more bottles on 5/13/24 i called and they told me in there terms and conditions its a monthly subscription. they would not take them back. i ask them to cancell my account they said they would but i dont want any one to be taken like i was. Even though they do this there product does not work at all. unfortunatly i have no paper work for ythe original order they dont even send out and email. so please look into this so others dont pay like i have paid. thank you Judith A Delafuente also they ship from a returns center. returns center 66-195 box90129 eland FL 33804-0129 could not make out the name of the return city please help thank you again

I ordered 4 bottles of gummies, said no to the Detox Cleanse but it was added to order anyway. Called to have removed from order immediately, told they order was considered complete and nothing could be done. Call when product arrives to get RMA. Called day product arrived for RMA. Received RMA # 92XXXXXXX02B. Told to return it, follow the tracking # USPS will provide. When package has been delivered to call again to request the credit. I will have to provide the RMA # and the Tracking # to get the refund. I asked why I had to call again. Shane told me if I don't want my refund don't call them again. I asked her if they intentionally made it difficult hoping I won't follow up? She again gave me the directions for returning.

In April 26,2024 I saw an advertisement on Facebook about Kelly Carson talking about the Keto IQ Bottle. I purchased the Buy one bottle and get one free for $64.99. I put all my card information and when I was going to finish the order, it asked me to purchased the Keto IQ Cleanser and I hit no. Well, when I saw the final amount that was charged it was for $189.99. I was charged for the free bottle and for the cleanser which was $59.99. I immediately called them to cancel my order and was told that once the order was placed it could not be cancelled. The rep said that I needed to wait to receive my order then I could call them to cancel my order.
I did receive my order on 5/4/24 and I’ve been trying to call them today 5/6/24.
The first call was answered and all they did is take my name and number and email and said that a rep will call me back in 10 minutes. No one has called and I called them back and now all I get is a recording to leave my name and phone number and a rep will call back.
This is all a scam to get your money.

Just as the others gave said, I purchased 6 bottles and didn't order the cleanse. I can't return these items. Big disappointment. I was charged for tge 6 bottles and separately for the cleanse. What can I do.

On April 24th, I returned the Keto order. The reason for the return was for my sister. As of today, she is in the hospital going to be moved to Hospice. I would greatly appreciate if you could reimburse me for the merchandise. My sister only has a couple of days left in this life.

Attempted to cancel order less than 5 minutes after placing. Advised by scammer all sales final. Add states cancel at anytime.

Got to the order "site" via a Kelly Clarkson weight loss ad, read there was a "sale" and a bottle of Keto IQ was 39.99. I purposefully clicked OFF the 59.99 bottle of the cleanse. I did not receive an email.

Imagine my surprise when i was charged 299.99 for 6 bottles which i had not agreed to, AND the 59.99 "cleanse" i definitely did not agree to. Also, nothing said sales were final. I called the number on the bottle (866-296-5077) and finally reached a man, who told me there is no way i could get a refund and if i didn't want to take it then i could give it to my friends and family!

Saw the ad on Facebook and order 1 bottle and 1 free @ $39.99 each. Received email that they charged my credit card $189.99. I called bank to refuse pmt, replied to email to cancel order, no response.

Purchase for 1 bottle with 1 bottle free. When purchase was complete there was no total amount and an extra supplement was added to the purchase. When I looked at my bank account I was charged for 2 bottles and a cleanse product I did not approve with my purchase. I immediately called the provided customer service and was told it was not able to be cancelled as it was purchased through a website, which it was not. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they were in meetings and I could not speak with anyone. I disputed it with my bank with no guarantee that I will get my money back.

They advertised that they were the singer, Jelly Roll, and they guaranteed the product . If you were scammed previously, he would personally refund your money back . And he personally guaranteed the product.

They offered 3 bottles for $39.99 with 3 bottles free. The bill was $239.99 on my credit card. I sent an email requesting to cancel the order. The informed me I could not cancel it.

My experience is exactly as the post that I just read.

I was on Instagram and attempted to purchase Keto iq gummies for weight loss at $59.99 , buy one get one. I approved that purchase then surprised with an additional charge of $189.99 for something else that I did not sign off on! I tried to speak with customer service and they told me that all sales are final. I shared with them that I did not approve the purchase of $189.99 and they were not interested in refunding my money. Again they reiterated that sales are final. They were not interested at the fact that I did not approve of an additional purchase.

Offer was buy 1 @39.99, i ordered 6 based on supposed reviews. There was an free offer for keto cleanse. But it charged me 59.99. I didnt have opportunity to cancel order and i couldnt delete the cleanse product. I received product, took 1 gummie and have had stomach issues ever since.

I contacted the company forc refund explaining that the product was making me physically ill. Their response was that the dont allow for refunds.

On Facebook it said keto Iq gummies buy 3 at 39.99 each get 3 free. When I went to purchase it said thank you for your order and didn’t say how much I was charged . I did not get an email. I called my credit card company right away and said I did not want this order when I found out. I was charged over $300. I called 800 number for several days with no answer. Call my credit card company and told him it was a scam and I did not receive the product and did not want it anyways. The order had a cleanse in there for 5999 that I didn’t order and said the keto bottles were not buy three get three. I finally got a hold of them and they said it was final sale and that’s it and hung up on me never received the product.
