I opened the APP - SIMPLE and was interested in using it so I began to fill out the appropriate information and paid with my VISA - Applewallet when I noticed that the email address i put in changed - I immediately contacted the helpline to inform them that the email address was incorrect. An auto reply to the correct email address asked to verify the email account that I opened the app with, but I cannot do that because it is an incorrect email address. The care bot asked that I give them the User Id and transaction date and amount of purchase - I gave them both information and have not received any contact only the same email bot. This is an AI account and you cannot speak to customer service. So basically they charged my VISA for a service I did not receive because I cannot access the incorrect email address. I have now read several complaints on the Internet that this App is a scam. I am in process of speaking to my bank to have them also follow up with this scam.
