product was advertised on facebook and a link took me to a purchasing page. when item was agreed to be purchased I had no idea how much money was going to be charged until after payment was approved. Found it misleading but if the product worked it would be worth it. When the product showed up it was different from what was advertised. I immediately contacted the company and they quickly responded. I sent a copy of proof of purchase and they acknowledged the receipt and I was led to believe they would credit order. I found it odd that they did not send an RMA or ask for product to be shipped back. I just figured they were used to getting caught scamming people. I waited a few weeks for the credit to appear on my credit card statement, but unfortunately it did not. I contacted the company and they said they send out an RMA with return instructions (which I did not receive) and since it was past their 30 day cancelation policy they could no longer give me a refund. So I guess this is how they get by scamming people. I guess I should have cancelled my order thru the credit card company as soon as I thought something was a little odd.
