Please be aware, it is a fight to get your money refunded. It is impossible to get someone that speaks English that you can understand and they can understand you. Once my complaint and request for return of my funds ($119.88) the reps were no longer able to hear me over the telephone (per reps, "we have a bad connection, can't hear you"). It's amazing how clearly I could be heard when taking my money, now that I have returned your product (unopened, in the same package that you sent it to me in)…..now you can't hear me. I have called, I have emailed and it's as though they have fallen from earth.

This is NOT the end of this fight for me....because I will continue to call, email and whatever other way attempt to contact this company.

I DO WANT AND NEED MY FUNDS REFUNDED TO ME!!
