You will be part of a team of home-based Insurance Claims Executives and also be involved in analysis, examination and report production regarding claims, returns and purchases. One of the key duties will be checking the integrity of the goods returned to the store for its further realization. This position includes maintaining correspondence, receive and examine the goods which are not retrieved by customers of the stores with which we have a contract for this service. There are four steps in processing the insured goods: Receive; Examine; Make a report; Ship. I will provide you with scenarios, and step by step guidance and support.
