I ordered a hoodie for a Christmas present about a month ago. I ordered a 2x. I received product a couple days ago. Opened and received a 3x. I messaged to return and get refund. They ended up responding in email telling me I would have to pay shipping costs, receive partial refund, that they send a larger size because their product runs small, it's a knock off, and asked if I've tried it on and worn it. (In their return policy it says can only return unworn) I replied what is the partial payment and who decides to send a larger size than what someone has ordered. They replied id receive 10% which wouldn't even cover shipping. Id receive no refund. Then they went up to 15% refund. It just became very unprofessional and clearly a scam. I would like a full refund and have gone through my bank to try to get refund now.
