I ordered two Carhartt sweatshirts and the sizes were wrong. Not to mention they were 100% fake Carhartt. I asked how to return them for a refund. Was told to keep them and they would refund 20% of my money. It was their mistake and I want my money back! I have been going back and forth for 4 days with a “Lina Sandoval”. Now they tell me to return them, pay expensive shipping and they will refund me 100%. I know they aren’t going to refund my money. They won’t tell me where to return them or tell me how much the shipping is. I will not stop emailing them. There has to be something we can do.

On October 16, 2023, I placed an order for a Carhartt jacket and received a confirmation email. Today is Dec 6, 2023 and no jacket. In the ad they represented themselves as Carhartt.
