I ordered two sheet sets from Carihola. I received one sheet set in the wrong color and when I needed a resolution for the missing sheet set I was completely ignored. I've emailed them 5 times and tried the online chat and haven't received a response. I asked for them to not send me a replacement set and asked for a refund and I have yet to hear a response. I did this because I do not want to risk business with this company anymore and their customer service is a nightmare. I do believe this was a fraudulent order.
