I used the website to look up a VIN for a car we were interested in and it was a $1.00 charge to do so through the website. Since then the scammer has taken out 2 amounts of $29.95..less than a month apart. I just canceled my debit card today.

They offer car vin reports, but the reports are useless. Now the website is no longer available.

I was looking for vehicular information and this website popped up. It offers a seven-day trial for $1. It will charge you $29.95 every month if you don't cancel the subscription. No matter how you attempt to cancel the subscription, online, via phone, email, or with their chat service, the subscription never gets canceled and I kept getting charged month after month. When I submitted an email request, I received an email indicating that a cancellation and refund request was submitted, to please allow four weeks for refund. Instead, they charged me AGAIN. When you call them, option 2 is for requesting refunds, then they tell you they have no available funds to offer a refund. This is a criminal scam and it needs to be put to an end.

None of the "agents" sound like they are in Miami, Florida, where this "company" alleges it is located. It sounds just like other foreigner scams perpetrated against Americans.

Scam website advertising vehicle history report purchase for $1. After that they begin drawing $29.95 per month from credit card without authorization.

Provide a 7 day “trial” period, but if you cancel during this window, they charge you anyway.
