I ordered a VIn report for $1 and got billed several times. They billed me $29.95 claiming that it was a subscription I contacted them and they replied that they have cancelled but have been trying to charge my card since then. I used 2 cards, one a credit card which my bank had to cancel and the other a digital debit card with insufficient funds, so they decided to charge the card twice with $4.95 each.
