The company advertises expensive products for cheap prices and fail to deliver the product. They advertise Stanley cups for the price of $10 or less. I ordered 4 for a total of $24 in early November. It is now January and still have not received it. They give you a tracking number and website to track your package. When looking the number up, it says the package was shipped through USPS, but if you look on the UPS tracking website, the tracking number they provided me is not valid. I have contacted their customer service via email to find out the status and they give you the run around, and send you the same invalid tracking number as before and say it’s still in process. When asked for a refund, they say the product has been shipped and a refund is not possible. I’ve asked for a customer service phone number and they refused.

The company goes by the name: Social Data Media Limited. Their contact address is ROOM 2304, GOOD VIEW COMMERCIAL CENTRE, 2-16 FA YUEN STREET,KOWLOON, HONG KONG

We never received an email and when I hit the link I have received different tracking information, one says it is at the local post office (two weeks ago) and the other one doesn’t say where it is.

It was a FB ad advertising Stanley tumbled overstocked for low prices. Website looked very legit! However, never stated it was from China! When I started to question it I got the same broken English emails assuming me my package would arrive and was guaranteed. When I tacked it, it said it was delivered on October 23, 2023, but the post office had no record of it ever being at their location and did not recognize the tracking number.

I was on Instagram and it said Stanley has $5.99 tumblers on sale. I put it in my shopping cart and put in my shipping information. I realized shipping was $9.99 which I thought was high so took a closer look and realized the branding was Stanley but the website was not (it was www.caringei.online.) I realized it was likely a scam and clicked out before giving my payment info. I am now receiving emails from [email protected] asking for me to complete my purchase. There is a button to unsubscribe but it doesn’t work so they keep emailing me. I haven’t given my payment info but as they have my contact info I am worried they will keep contacting me asking for money or using other targeted ads.

Sellling Stanley cups for $5.99. Buy 2, get, get 1 free. Buy 3, get 2 free. Bought4 expects to get 2 free. Received confirmation email from customercare-vip with order number, trackng number. Tried to contact them about the free ones that didn’t show up on the order and email came back to me as delivery incomplete; server did not accept our request to connect.

I ordered 2 Stanley cups from what I now discovered is an imposter of Stanley Factory Outlet Store (turns out in China). They never arrived. I contacted customer service, but got no response.

Add on Facebook for cups at a discount price of 5.99. When you get sent the confirmation email you can no longer see the order and the link takes you to a sight that is no longer existent

I paid and “bought” 3 Stanley cups, however I never received an order confirmation or shipping information. But the money was taken from my account.

It was 5.99 Stanley cups and It took 5 days to process my email with my order the link could not be found it says it shipped but the tracking number does not work I switched my card so the couldn’t steal though bc i was super worried
