He offered to repair the concrete around my pool. He proposed to raise the concrete, repair any crack, paint and seal it. He also said that he could put up the baby fence around the pool also. He even proposed to do or repair my roof. He gave me a prize and I accepted the offer and signed the contract. It all happened on March 31 and haven’t heard from him since. All my phone calls, texts and emailed have gone unanswered.
