Stupidly, my Bipolar kicked up from anxiety, and I believed him. I DID provide my Medicare Health Insurance number (I am so stupid).
During the call, he was asking for name address, etc. I said you should have that all on file. His reply was he had to confirm it. He asked ***** my diabetes, how I check my glucose, etc. At the very end of the phone call, he said very quickly, that they will be sending me new equipment (sensors and pumps). He did not say which brand.
He then called back from ***********, South Carolina) and said he forgot to ask if there was anyone else in my home on Medicare, no there is not.
After this, I got an email from UPS notifying a package was waiting to be shipped to me. In the email for tracking (tracking number ******************) I saw the name PumpsIt.Inc.
I looked them up on the internet, and saw the ScamPulse.com complaints were the first entry.
How I want this resolved is I do NOT want them changing anything related to my medicare or Medical good supplier. If you can nail them, please do.
