On Carlightslogo.com I could pick my make, year & model and even emailed him (Kevin was his name) to send me the correct size and fit for my vehicle. On Aug 6th, 2024 I placed an order the amount was around $47.00 with tax. It took more than a week to arrive, but I didn't care about the late shipping because I just wanted the product to fit my car.
When I opened the package it was exactly the same product & packaging as the one I bought from Ebay. The plug didn't fit and also the size was completely wrong. So as stated on Carlightslogo.com "30days money back guarantee & free return" I asked for a return label.
Kevin first asked me to take the pictures and send them to him so I did. A few days later his response was "Hello Regarding the interface issue, you can use an adapter cable" WTF if I have to use an adapter cable to install why the **** does he put on his website "Installation is quick and hassle-free about 10 minutes with the plug&play design" THIS IS COMPLETLY MISSLEADING.
I told Kevin "No I do not want to use the adapter cable to connect and also the light fixture doesn't even fit in my car, it is too small can I just return it?" He replied and said the factory is in China & it is expensive to return and I would have to pay for shipping. he also mentioned to write the value as less than $10 to avoid taxes (WTF) why do I have to deal with this situation? THIS IS HIS PROBLEM after all. his company sent me the completely wrong product which is useless for me.
He kept arguing with me and he said "Most of the ******** lights on the market require adapters" THEN ******* STATE IT ON YOUR WEBSITE DON'T SAY EASY FITTING "PLUG & PLAY".
I kept on complaining and he agreed to send me a replacement with adapters. I took pictures and even measured the sizes and send it to him so he doesn't screw up again. BUT GUESS WHAT Adapters don't fit & the doorlight is not big enough again and it falls right off my door. Now I was very mad it's not about the price it's not about his attitude, but all the time and effort I had to waste on this little thing got me so angry. so I e-mailed him and asked for a full refund, because he made a mistake not once, but TWICE.
