On May 29th I made a purchase from a shoe website named Carlomaderno.com. I had never heard of them until that day and why I picked them and TRUSTED THEM out of other possibly Legit well known shoe website was because the specific shoe i was trying to buy for my daughter, it was cheaper on their site. Well a WHOLE month goes by before the shoes gets delivered. And on June 2nd. My daughter recieved the package in the mail. She calls me and I had her video chat me, so i could see what she was trying to describe to me over the phone about how the shoes she got were wrong. And of course they were. I ordered her Retro Jordan 13Hyper Pink Black and White shoes for $130 . Carlo Maderno said that they had them on their website, even on the shipping label sent to my email, it had the exact description. Instead i got shoes that clearly are not the color hyper pink, they were the color red. From that day on I have been getting barely nowhere reaching out them CONSTANTLY. SEVERAL EMAILS, PHONE CALLS TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. But they have not yet resolved my issue as of today June 16. They telling me TO send the product back. But I am not going to until I get my money back. I DON'T WANT TO BE OUT OF $130 AND THEY GET SHOE BACK TOO. I DEFINITELY DON'T WANT THE SHOES. NO NEED TO KEEP THEM.

After all of this, and my daughter BEING so disappointed. I want this Nightmare to be over with QUICK, FAST and in a HURRY! I have no need to make All this up. To detailed of a story to be made up. I JUST STRONGLY WANT TO WARN people, I MEAN STRONGELY RECOMMEND TO NOT ORDER SHOES FROM CARLOMADERNO AT ALL. IT IS NOT WORTH THE STRESS AND HEADACHE. PLEASE BUY SHOES FROM A LEGIT WEBSITE.

I order a pair of shoes on March 9 still haven’t got them he keep givin me the run around I pay 170 dollars for some shoes I never got this is the number he gave me 42023451926290249340698465656 for ups but the package never made it to ups I just want my money back cause this is ridiculous how somebody will sit up there and take people money that they work hard for

Scam, they stole my money. More than 5 months and I have not received the shoes that I have ordered. 180$ went to waste stolen by the mentioned website..

Big scam, ordered shoes March 14th for $150, didn't receive a confirmation email till a week later when I emailed them asking for it. Then the tracking number they gave me was invalid. Emailed them asking why it said that, they said wait a few days for it to update. 2 weeks pass tracking still invalid, emailed them again they say the shoes I ordered were out of stock we just got some in they are otw and we will compensate $50 for waiting. Just emailed them again 3 days ago cause tracking number is still not valid, they said it's otw we will compensate $50 for waiting, I said I still haven't got the first $50 y'all was supposed to send me I want a refund now. They refuse to email me back, there is no number to call them at and my bank won't help either. So I'm out of $150 PEOPLE DON'T DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT'S ALL FAKE AND I'M PRETTY SURE THEY GOOD REVIEWS IS FAKE TOO!

This is a website that to sell shoes for cheap prices. My daughter has ordered a pair of shoes from this website and has never received it after 2 months now. She was charged and has tried to contact the seller for updates on her product, however, the seller fails to answer her questions and concerns.
