I called the number for cancellation and the scammer told me that I would get a full refund, but I had to get on to my computer to complete it. I asked to speak with a manager, but was not transferred. The guy said that he could help me if I went to a computer. I refused stating that if I called and gave an order number or customer ID number, that was all he needed. I got upset and asked to speak with his manager. He didn't say anything. I told him that I was going to look up the contact number for Geek Squad because I thought this was a fake number.

I looked up the Geek Squad number and talked with them and that call confirmed it was a scam.
