There is a new scam going on where if a person newly list a vehicle for sale people text about it showing interest only long enough to convince the seller to log in to Car Medic and pay for a report. Once that has been done they stop texting asking about the vehicle. I had 2 people contact me via text and use almost the exact same verbiage in their text almost like the are reading a script. Both scheduled a showing with me but once they learned I paid for the Car Medic report requested all text stopped. I am quite certain they are being paid by CAR Medic to scam people into buying these reports.
