Scam! Order the mats January still not received any delivery it's already May ! Spend 140 euro .no contact number no email back ! Avoid avoid avoid !

I ordered a car floor mat from the website on Nov 16th. It is said it will be delivered within 7-14 days. After passing the due date, nothing arrived yet. I tried to contact the business, but they responded very slowly and the attitude is very bad. They told me they have sent out the parcel and the shipment is delayed due to the weather condition and ask me to wait for another 3 weeks, Then I called carrier (Canada Post) to ask about the the shipping status. Canada Post told me that the sender just created a shipping label without sending out anything, and I'm told that the sender address is actually 4602 Steeles Ave E, Markham, ON, Canada, which is 20mins drive away from my home. I'm highly suspecting this is a scam but a real business. Please help resolve.
