On 8/5/19 my credit card was charged $89.95 for a subscription to this product. On 8/6/19 I was charged $89.95 again. I called the customer service line (866-203-4450) and asked for a refund of these charges and was told that their terms were I had to cancel within 14 days or it changes to a subscription. I told them to cancel this so called subscription. They said go to their leanlifeultimatewellness.com website and check terms & conditions. I did so and sure enough the terms & conditions there stated what the representative had told me. However, this was not the website I had ordered from. I opened a dispute with my credit card on these charges.
Around 8/21/19 I checked their website out of curiosity and found it had all changed to entirely new labeled products! Mine wasn't even on the website anymore. And the droz.com-reports.org website is gone. It will probably resurface in a couple of weeks with a new promoted product.
At the least, I think Carobon/Leanlifeultimatewellness.com is using unacceptable business practices thru potentially deceptive or misleading offers online. They are also promoting misleading information or omitting vital information on pricing, payment terms or expenses users will incur.
