I was contacted via Facebook/ Messenger by my FB friend, neighbor and her FB photo on FB/ Messenger was her real photo from her FB page, I had her phone number but I didn’t have any suspicion that was not her!!! She asked me, did I hear about good news, about Strengthening Communities Fund, that is giving to Semi Retired, Retired, Disable, Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Widow, Divorced and workers in amount of $100,000 and that she has gotten hers. She was, also wrote that she saw the Winners List w/ my name on it, but I must contact another lady, Carol Pike, who will approved me and deliver money to my doorstep!!! Everything sounded to good to be true, but my FB fake friend assured me that I must listen Carol and follow her directions. Unfortunately, I did and that led me to withdraw $1,530 from my Bank account, to buy money order and mail it, by Fedex overnight w/ out signature, to Palm Bay, FL address, during working hours, neither consulting my husband, nor calling by phone my real friend!!! Fake FB/ Messenger Lady assured me, when I paid that money for Shipping Fee, Insurance Fee, and Taxation my Winning money will come in 23 hours to my doorstep!!! I complained to my Fake FB/Messenger Friend, that is not right to pay the money, I expressed suspicion that something is not right, ask her is everything legal, and she assured me that she paid, also, her money to get that Strengthening Communities Fund grant!!! Day after I send my money, and expecting that someone will call me what to do next, I received, another text message from Carol Pike, who was asking another $7,850 for unlock my Beneficiary Personal Unlocking Code (BPUC)!!! In that moment I called my real friend and neighbor by phone and found out that she doesn’t know anything about all of what I was talking about, and then I called 911 and gave report to the Police!!!
