I received a robo-call from this local number with the same three digits of my own cell number. The recorded voice on the call said that it was my last opportunity to receive a lower interest rate on my existing credit card but did not specify which credit card or even what company this was with. It said press "1" to receive the lower rate or "2" to decline. I said or pressed nothing. I then hung up and called the number right back, to find out that it seemed like the robo-call that I just received came from what sounded like a personal phone belonging to someone named Carol with her personal voice mail message.
