I hired LA Organic Cleaning to clean a rug in my home at an agreed upon price. The cleaners they sent would not perform the service I had hired them for and proceeded to try and up-sell me on a different service that was $300 more expensive. I said no multiple times, and finally the rug cleaners simply left because I wouldn't agree to the more expensive service.

It seems that these cleaners are private contractors. I googled the cell phone number cleaners and found a Yelp link to their company "Carpet Care." All the one star reviews stated that anyone associated with that phone number was a scam artist. The Yelp link is:
