Diko has yet to provide me with an itemized scope so I can see where the $45,000 I paid him has gone. I have reached out to Diko via email, phone, and text several times requesting to sit down in person so he can explain to me what material he bought from the money I provided him went into. Diko workers rarely would show up to my home which caused the project to be prolonged, however, he may be sure other clients were being seen. Diko abandoned the job causing me to hire another contractor to complete the project.
I would like to be reimbursed the $45,000 I provided to Diko Demirjian. I had to move forward in hiring another contract and paid for the majority of my materials for the work Diko did not complete. This has caused me so much stress to the point it not only has affected my performance at work being a health care worker but also my mental state. I was told I would be in my home before Christmas and that has come and gone. It has been five months now and it hurtful having to pay a mortgage on my home I am not able to live in at the moment.
