Green Motion/U-Save car and truck rental uses carrental8.com to engage customers in renting a vehicle and purchasing insurance. Once there, the company Green Motion state, that "we are U-Save and we do not accept the insurance that you purchased through Carrental8.com and hence Green Motion. They state that they accept your Travellor's insurance but proceed to charge you for their CDW and then have you initial in the incorrect place on the contract. They act like they are helping you rectify a problem with a third party, Carrental8.com, when in fact they then charge you for both the car rental AND the insurance, BOTH of which you already paid for! They later deny any wrong doing and summarily ignore the fact that you already pre-paid. They bully you and take an inordinate amount of time to explain, all while you are needing to get to your flight. They prey upon people who are not internet savvy and that have to get to a plane.
