Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
After nearly 3 weeks, the tracking Number i know was off as it started off in Los Angeles, moved to New York and got sent to my address in Southern California.
Communication was poor and when I received the package, it was dented, but the product was fine. The product however was not what I ordered. I immediately sent them the pictures, and they acknowledged it. However the main issue arrises that they do not want to replace, they told me to keep the item or sell it as they don't want to pay the shipping costs from Overseas China to Southern, Ca.
they only offered at max a $3 refund which makes no sense. They use an automated email system, and i gave them plenty of chances to make it right, but Now i have no choice but to file a complaint.
