I received a phone call today telling me that I bought a caribbean cruise from Caribbean Cruise company and that I paid $249 in 2017 but that I need to complete the travel withtin 15 months. Because the time for completion had expired - I need to pay the balance of $900++. The caller said not to worry because I purchased insurance and that is the reason why they called. I told him that I did not buy this because I do not like going on a cruise. The caller said to hold on and he will connect me to his supervisor. The supervisor apologized for the first person beause he's new and that he is not familiar with this. She said she can help me book the cruise so I don't have to pay the $900+ because I bought insurance. I again told her that I didn't buy this cruise. She said I paid it with a visa. So I asked her if she can give me the last 4 digits so that I could call my visa company. She said it doesn't matter becaue the visa card expired. I told her - it's okay I need to find out more about this. Then she hung up. They sounded legit and they didn't even have accents.
