Phoned acting as westjet vacation offer. After multiple transfers to different escalated levels of phone agents I was offered a $990 USD 5 day 4 night, all inclusive resort in Mexico for a reduced price of $399 USD.

They sent me a form to complete and wanted me to attach a copy of photo id with a signature within 48hrs to get free transportation from the airport to the resort.

I did not lose money because the charge was reversed/cancelled by my credit card without my asking.
