This person came in and took some money from us under false pretenses. She called me first wanting to know if we would be interested in doing a placemat, not something out of the ordinary for us. I have emails she sent, and unfortunately, we gave her some money up front (also not unusual) and have not seen any result. I do have an invoice and probable address. I tried calling, I have tried emailing her and either get a push off that it is still in process or no response at all. She resides in Rockford.
