I received a package in the mail with elastic hair ties. Included was a letter telling me that my second package that is still in process is on the way. Claims the second package is the item that I bought, the first package is a gift and not to worry that my item is still coming. I have no idea who this is from or what my “second quote package is, no idea what I bought. I will include the letter/note that was included in the package. As well as a photo of the mailing label. Underneath the mailing label that is shown is a mailing label in Chinese. I can see it it’s held up to the light. The return address is:
