They wanted me to sign a contract insisting I was giving them a $300 deposit when the deposit was $1340. They insisted I sign blank documents as they had not been able to complete them. They also requested more money for a prorated rent than was required by lease and failed to provide me a refund/credit for. They also refused to return a security deposit of $1340 that they are not legally permitted to keep.
