They need to be held to account for this and I will not give up until i either get my money or the watches.
If you have any info on how i can fix this, please email me at [email protected].
Damn thieves.
Their support emails were immediately removed (no domain available and can't pass message appears when attempting to email the support team) after 2-3 weeks after their final sale date of around early June. Any attempts to contact any support teams will fail.
I spent about $45 buying a couple watches ordered from May 18. It is now August 12. Many months have passed and no emails have been received. I just got a shipping notification but it was highly a fake shipping tracking identifier.
After research the only way to view their original website before removing all their domains and evidence is: https://carrnegie-watches.myshopify.com/ (their original website: http://carrnegiewatches.com/) have been taken down).

They cheated me. Earlier they used to reply to the email saying that, your shipping will be processed soon, but I have never got them. Now a days the emails are bouncing. Could you please tell me how to get my money back? Thanks in advance.

About 2 weeks had gone by and I had not received a shipment email. I reached out to the company via email to verify that they had received my order. They said that, due to the large size of the order, it could take a week or two extra to ship the watches. They had also given me the choice to cancel my order with a full refund. I decided to be patient and wait on the order. 3 more weeks had passed and I still hadn’t received any shipment confirmation. I reached out to them again and received an email a few days later (this time signed by “Dee”) that my order had been placed under “urgent status” and that I should receive a shipment confirmation shortly. Again I waited.
Around July 10th (8 weeks after my initial order), I had gotten very antsy and worried that I was being scammed. Beyond that, I was worried that, if my order was to be shipped soon, it would be delivered while I was out of town on vacation, running the risk that the package would be stolen. I had emailed them a 3rd time…
I had not heard a response until my 2nd to last day on vacation (July 27th). My first order was FINALLY SHIPPED. I was excited, but still had reservations that this was a scam. However, I received the first order this morning, July 31st! There were no missing watches or broken faces. Everything seems to be in order. My second order should be here within a few days as well. Patience payed off!
I’m guessing that since it is both a small company (less than 10 employees), and that they may have received a high volume of orders due to their sale, they had trouble getting all the watches made with their resources (or wherever they make them), which delayed shipments. I spent over $125 on my orders (the deals were too good to pass up), and I was on edge while waiting, but they finally arrived! I haven’t tried any on, but they all look nice, professional, and functional. I can breathe easy!
Though the wait is a huge pain and the suspicions are viable, the company still delivered the watches and the product isn’t crap. I bought a couple watches in hopes that I could gift a few to some relatives and I still plan to do so without the embarrassment that I got scammed with bad watches or no watches. Just be patient, this ended up being legit!

Today I have scoured the internet for answers to try to reach a point of contact for these watches but have found no success but surprisingly when I stumble and search the business through the BBB, the business attached with it is "ZJP Consulting" populated with the following information:

Upon further review and searching of the consulting website on google, I have found they have also made another similar model of scams with other watches on a previous website called "Woodwelt Watches" where numerous customers have complained online of not receiving their purchases or received damage products or mislead on what they have purchased. I am now in a position where I can't get back my purchase or my watches therefore I want to at least inform you all so you can investigate further and shut down whatever operations these individuals are partaking in to protect all consumers. Thank you.
