Unclaimed Life Insurance Policy scam

Received a fax to my work email with the same information as noted in the other complaints - a client with the "same last name and nationality" as myself died in an accident 9 years ago in Toronto. "The insurance company code stipulates that 'insured permanent policies' no claimed must be turned over to the abandoned property division of the state after 10 years." My favorite part is the unclaimed money is "with a Reputable Bank." Matthew Nicholas JD generously stipulates that 10% of the money is to be shared among charity organizations... The website gives the appearance of legitimacy, but of course if you search the name of the firm or anything there is nothing to be found except this site.

fax concerning death of an unknown relative that died in an auto accident leaving 13 million dollars to next of kin - me. attorney Matthew Nicholas is willing to split the proceeds 100% risk free since the deceased has the same last name and no known living relatives.
