This company will Hire new drivers aND promise them good pay, days off bonuses, etc. I worked for 3 months. I had a few days off per month. Not once was I paid on time, always had to ask, and since I was constantly on the road, never got to confront accountING depth in person. After not receiving any pay for 3 weeks I refused to drive until I was paid and the owner, Ilya, hit me up with a list of vehicles he claims were damaged and the extremely high cost to repair them....which he took out of my check. As a matter of fact, after 1 month of work, I owe'd him thousands of dollars. Nothing itemized, just a number on a piece of paper. He makes you deliver cars from other drivers the last few miles. They haul them cross country, drop them off in Denver, he asks you to drop then off a few miles away and then blames you for the unknown damages. It's a SCAM. he is charging drivers for any type of damage to his truck or trailer. If a rock Flys up and chips the windshield, you pay, a scratch, new paint job that you pay for. This is the most dishonest man I have ever met. It's a family affair, his mom is the accountant. Beware, you won't get paid.
