At cars.com to view a vehicle report for a Ford Edge the scammer advertised the report was available for $1. On July 7 I paid through PayPal. I was able to view the report and verified $1 was charged and was satisfied with that report. On 9/9 I noticed a recurring $29.95 charge. I called the company to inquire when I agreed to a subscription and was told that by paying $1 for the report the subscription is automatic and the company doesn’t sell $1 used vehicle reports. They verified that I did not click a box nor was I otherwise informed that I would have a $29.95 recurring charge by purchasing the $1 report as advertised

I found a maserati quattroporte for a sum of around ten thousand dollars.i checked for availability and it was available they responded. Then i submitted my info and received terms. I received notice that i was approved for financing and that the next step would be for me to call the dealership. Uncomprehendengly as soon as i was approved the website i was on..on the same page where i was informed the next step to be completed which was call...the page updated and said that i was financed for the car however the car was no longer available . I called the dealership and was told the car was there but that i had to come in to the dealership.i stated that i lived in california not virginia and wanted to make arrangements to have the car delivered.the sales agent stated they didnt have my info. I got frustrated and requested to speak to someone else the call was transffered and i was told that i wasnt financed that i was looking at terms not valid .i stated that the terms i had displayed taxes and proccesing fees and that i had email confirmation stating i was financed.they said that couldnt be because the car had been sold.i shared pictures and screenshots of my claim and was then told that ok but that the car was sold.they tried to give me misldading information and i told them that they were not an honest business.they lie.and have my information.why would they allow me to get financed on a car that wasnt for sale? It just dont make sense. And one of the agents stated the car was there but that i had to come im and the other that it wasnt.one was able to find my info and the other found it but stated it was not approved that a lender had not been found.they had a loop hole for every thing. I have prood of the terms and a screenshot of the site where it has a message at the top stating your financing is approved for this vehicle however is no longer available.also the email they sent in response to me asking for availability where there answer was its still available .the car is no longer on the website.
