They advertised a fall sale on Facebook and had a website that looks identical to Carter’s. I was under the impression it was Carter’s and purchased numerous items. When I did not hear back about my order and tracking information I reached out only to be told that my order was on its way. I was sent numerous emails explaining that the order would take between 7 to 30 days to arrive. When I did not receive that order, I contacted them yet again. They assured me that the order was in fact, delivered to my home, when it was not. I asked numerous times for the couriers information so that I could get in direct contact with them, each time I was completely ignored, even though they responded to the remaining parts of my email. They assured me that I was in fact wrong, and that the package was delivered Therefore, they could not issue me a refund. When I put up a fight, they offered to give me 50% back if the courier agreed to it. Still not providing me with their information. When I looked up Carter’s phone number and called them they said they had no record of me making a purchase with their business. It’s very clear that this is a scam, especially now that I’ve gone to their original website and it’s a completely different business.

The website looks incredibly realistic, and received a confirmation email with tracking. It took nearly a month in tracking from China, when I realized that they had been sent to a sorting center in my zipcode, and still 5 days went by. I reached out to the business and they basically asked me to be patient and watch the tracking information.

Of course, it now says "delivered" today and nothing was delivered. No one has responded to my last two email requests.
