Posted major sale on childrens name brand clothing from Carters. I placed order. Received an email, order confirmation, and shipping notice. Never received a shipment tracking number. I canceled order. Several attempts made for refund. Still receiving generic notice that "Refund Successful" yet no money received. Card cancelled and scam reported to bank. I wish there was a way to track these scammers. I feel fb should police people such as this. I phoned a legit Carters store. Associate said that their company was not part of this in any way and that they had tried getting this scam shut down.
