I placed an order from where I thought was Carters.com for several outfits & pajamas for my grandson’s first birthday. After placing the order I immediately received a confirmation email from Carter’s with an order number on 12-30-23. On 02-02-24 I received an email stating the order had shipped. But I could not access my account on Carters, my username & password did not work & I could not locate it thru the password key on my iPhone. Every time I open a new account shopping online I save the password on my phone. On 02-09-04 I referred back to the shipping email when the order hadn’t arrived yet. The tracking number did not exist. I clicked on the customer service link & made an inquiry via email which I never received a response from. The email address was customerservicefaqsdesk.com. This morning I was contacted by a friend who was scammed on a Carter’s order. We discovered our orders were charged thru our accounts by Josephhegan & not Carter’s. She later sent me a link to a thread on FB from a multitude of people complaining they were scammed by Josephhegan thru Carters, Bath & Body Works & Josephhegan.com.
