I ordered a beard pen from the company and never received. The shipping status has never updated and cartrilla told me to contact the shipping company when I did they advised the never received the item as of yet. I contacted cartilla and they said absolutely no refund and sorry not my problem once item ships. I recently read reviews and there are hundreds of people men just like me that claim they never received their items either.
