I ordered heated blankets. I recieved emails tracking my package. I recieved one saying my package was delivered, but I never recieved the package. I have emailed back in forth with them... "no my package was not delivered", "no my package was not delivered to a neighbor", "yes the address provided is correct". Once they final said they they would issue a refund, they "needed to verify with the post office" that what I said is correct and that they would contact me back... it's been weeks.

I purchased bras from a Facebook ad. Gave them my credit card number and never received the product. They will not refund my money. They keep wanting to give me a partial refund. I have 15 emails about this
